Property Appraisal including offering a guide price for rental - FREE OF CHARGE
Let Only - 50% of one months rent.
Letting and Rent Collection - As let only plus 5% from month two onwards.
Fully managed - As Let Only plus 10% from month two onwards, deducted from the rent.
Inventory preparation - Included in Fully Managed, priced according to size on all other properties, starting at £100
